ALL VISITORS TO THE HOME MUST WEAR A FACE MASK AT ALL TIMES – GOOD HAND HYGIENE IS ALSO REQUIRED. A maximum of 2 visitors per Resident would be appreciated if possible at any one time. We do have a separate meeting room for larger groups, Birthday Parties etc. this needs to be pre-booked. Testing visitors: The rapid lateral flow tests HAVE BEEN PUT ON HOLD. If you feel unwell and would like to take a lateral flow test before visiting – we do have a supply – you can take a test prior to your visit. Infection control All visitors must follow the guidance, procedures, and protocols put into place by Castlegrounds Ltd to ensure compliance with infection prevention control. Please read infection control signage in Reception, prior to entering the Home. Visitors should use hand sanitizer on entering and leaving the home, and catch coughs and sneezes in tissues and clean their hands after disposal of the tissues. We will provide Visitors with PPE and safe disposal of PPE. Thank you for your continued co-operation and understanding.
